Join the Dutchess Land Conservancy and Audubon New York for an evening wildflower walk on Friday, June 30 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM at Buttercup Farm Audubon Sanctuary in Stanfordville, NY. As we walk and view various wildflowers and native plants, we will learn to use the Seek and iNaturalist apps to identify and catalog species. This will be a 2-mile slow walk around the preserve. It is not required, but you can also download the Seek and iNaturalist apps to your smart devices. We will have iPads to use as well. By recording and sharing your observations, you’ll create research-quality data for scientists working to better understand and protect nature.
