Bees may be small, but our Pollinator Day just keeps getting bigger and bigger!
Join the DLC, Plan Bee Farm Brewery, and Fox Farm Apiary for an afternoon of fun in the outdoors. Join the DLC, Plan Bee Farm Brewery, Fox Farm Apiary, the Town of Poughkeepsie Conservation Advisory Commission, Hudson Highlands Land Trust, and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Dutchess County for an afternoon of family fun. For grown-ups, there will be information on land conservation, sustainability, and managing for pollinators. For kids young and old, we'll have prizes & giveaways, and a craft table to build bee hotels and native seed bombs. Then join Plan Bee's owner and operator, Emily Watson, and Fox Farm Apiary's Chris Layman for a wetland/farm/brewery walk-and-talk at 4:30 PM. We are also giving away a limited number of DLC & Plan Bee pollinator signs and some beer tokens. Show up early! No registration is needed. Come support the bees we need!
