DLC Ecologist Julie Hart and Wethersfield Director of Horticulture Toshi Yano took guests on a walking tour of the grounds of Wethersfield. On Friday, July 8 the first of this summer's Garden and Woods walks was held at the Wethersfield Estate & Garden. Guests were shown the pristine gardens by Wethersfield Director of Horticulture Toshi Yano, who explained the history of the garden and the many varied plants found therein, and offered up some gardening advice along the way. DLC Ecologist Julie Hart then led a stroll through the verdant woods of Wethersfield, showcasing the great diversity of plant and tree species found in the forest.
