Our latest bird walk took place on a beautiful summer evening at the Buttercup Farm Audubon Sanctuary.Bird enthusiasts have been flocking to our bird walks. The latest was a summer evening bird walk which took place on Thursday, June 30 at the Buttercup Farm Audubon Sanctuary. Our friends at Audubon New York took guests on a tranquil walk through the meadows and fields to hear and spot the many birds busily searching for food at the end of the day before nesting down for the night. Birders used smartphone apps eBird and Merlin to identify and catalogue 20 bird species. A big thank you to Audubon New York and everyone who attended.
